* To obtain a license for commercial use of code created under this plan, your company must meet the business size criteria and other terms of the plan.
Compliance of tariffs with business size (business size according to Russian legislation):

  • Micro business - microenterprise
  • Small business - small enterprise or smaller
  • Medium business - medium enterprise or smaller
  • Big business - for businesses of all sizes
If there is a larger organization affiliated with your organization, the criterion applies to the largest of the affiliated organizations.
For example, if your organization meets the criteria of a microenterprise, but your organization is affiliated with a company that meets the criteria of a medium enterprise, you need a Medium business or Big business tariff plan to be able to obtain a commercial license for the code generated by the Service.

** The minimum number of months of paid subscription to obtain a license for commercial use of the created code is ten.
That is, you must have a paid subscription for at least 10 months according to the tariff plan that meets the criteria* to obtain a license for commercial use of the code created by the Service.
